Complete Custom Process

Step 2: Design Consultation & Quotation Confirmation
Our professional design team will work closely with you to refine your custom concept, confirm design and production feasibility, and provide a transparent, accurate quotation with a clear production timeline, so you can stay fully informed throughout the process.
Step 3: Payment & Production Scheduling
After confirming your customization plan and quotation, complete the deposit or full payment. Once your payment is verified, we will immediately add your custom order to our handmade production schedule, and your customization service will officially begin.
Step 4: Design Draft Confirmation
We will create a detailed design draft and effect drawing for your custom jewelry, then send it to you for final approval. Please carefully review all details, including the placement of your Guardian Amulet beads, style proportions, size specifications, and other preferences. Once confirmed, production will officially start, and no major design changes can be accepted during the process.
Step 5: Handmade Production & Quality Inspection
Our skilled craftsmen will handcraft your custom jewelry, carefully overseeing every step—from material cutting and stone inlay to polishing and finishing. After production, each piece undergoes a full quality inspection to ensure it meets our brand’s high standards.
Step 6: Final Product Confirmation & International Shipping
Once production is complete, we will send high-resolution photos of your finished piece for your final approval. After your confirmation, we will carefully package it in professional jewelry anti-collision packaging, ship from China via reliable international logistics, and provide a real-time tracking number so you can monitor your order at any time.
Step 7: Delivery & After-Sales Service
After you receive and sign for your package, if you encounter any manufacturing quality issues, please contact our after-sales team at any time. We will provide prompt, targeted solutions to ensure your custom jewelry experience is seamless.
Customization Notes
1：Production Timeline: Standard Guardian Amulet inlay customization takes 7–15 working days; complex original design customization takes 15–25 working days. International shipping takes an additional 10–25 working days, subject to the destination country’s customs clearance efficiency. Delivery may be slightly extended during holidays, peak logistics seasons, or random customs inspections.
2：Size Confirmation: Please confirm all jewelry measurements (bracelet circumference, necklace chain length, etc.) carefully before placing your order. If you provide incorrect size information, you will be responsible for any additional remake costs and return shipping fees.
3：Order Modifications & Cancellations: Minor adjustments are allowed before the design draft is confirmed. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. Any later-stage style modifications will incur additional fees and extend the production timeline.
4：Natural Material Details: Natural stones may show slight variations in texture and color, which are normal characteristics of natural materials and not considered defects. There may also be minor color differences between the design draft and the final product due to display settings; the physical item will take precedence.
5：International Customs & Taxes: All customized jewelry ships from China. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and any other local charges incurred during transit.
6：Return & Exchange Policy: Customized jewelry is made exclusively to your specifications and does not qualify for unconditional returns or exchanges. We only offer after-sales support for manufacturing quality issues.
7：Engraving Service: If you request custom engraving, please confirm the text content and font before production. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information you provide.
