What is your location?
Our brand headquarters are located in Guangdong, China, the core hub of the global jewelry industry. Due to our wide range of jewelry designs, we do not hold full stock. Every style listed on our website is custom-made upon order. After you place an order, the semi-finished metal components will be manufactured at my parents’ factory, then delivered to our workshop for hand weaving and precise stone setting.
How many days is the production lead time after placing an order?

All items are handcrafted to order once your purchase is confirmed.

  • In-stock pieces: Finished within 2–4 business days
  • Replica custom orders: Completed within 7–15 business days
  • Original design custom orders: Produced within 15–25 business days
I have placed my order a while ago, but haven’t seen/heard anything.

I would like a custom design, is that possible?
Apart from customizing our existing designs, we also offer full bespoke creations crafted from scratch based on your reference photos, original sketches or detailed creative concepts. From material selection and gemstone matching to sizing, style remodelling and delicate engraving, we meticulously craft every piece to match your creative vision, turning your unique inspiration into tangible, high-quality fine jewelry.
Can they be worn when working out, showering, or at the beach?
We recommend removing your bracelet before showering, swimming, workouts and saltwater exposure to preserve stone polish and cord durability.
I was looking at a bracelet, but it was out of stock. When will it be back?
Restock timelines vary by stone material. You can enter your email on the out-of-stock product page to receive an automatic restock alert.
I need it quickly because the birthday/anniversary/party is already in a few days!
We offer expedited priority production for rush orders. Contact us before checkout to confirm availability and additional rush fees.

📄 MEASUREMENT

I don’t know my wrist size
Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your bare wrist (no slack) and record the centimeter number — this is your base wrist measurement. A full visual measuring guide is available on our website.
I do know my wrist size, but I want it a bit more loose on my wrist, is that possible?
Yes, simply add 0.5–1 cm to your raw wrist measurement during checkout, or leave a custom fit note in your order instructions.
It is a gift, how do I know the wrist size?
You can secretly measure their wrist with a piece of string. Average sizes: women 15–17cm, men 18–21cm. We provide free post-delivery resizing for gift orders.
Why do you use wrist measurements instead of bracelet lengths
Different bead diameters create drastically different fits. Using your exact wrist circumference guarantees a comfortable, tailored bracelet unique to your wrist.
How do I know the bead size of the product
Every product page lists the exact bead diameter inside the product description and specifications section.

🚚 SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
Standard tracked shipping takes 7–18 business days worldwide. Expedited shipping shortens transit to 3–7 business days for most regions.
I accidentally submitted the wrong delivery address, but it’s already on its way!
Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot edit delivery addresses. If returned to our warehouse, we can reship at your cost.

↻ RETURN / REPAIR / EXCHANGE

I need to resize my bracelet.
We offer complimentary resizing service within 30 days of delivery. Contact support with photos of your bracelet to start your resize request.
I would like an exchange.
Custom handmade bracelets are eligible for exchange only for manufacturing defects within 14 days of receipt. Non-defective items cannot be exchanged.
I would like to return my order
All pieces are custom handcrafted to your wrist size, so standard returns are not accepted. We provide free repair and adjustment services for quality issues.
Repair
Manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge within 1 year of purchase. Damage from improper wear is subject to small material repair fees.
