Service refers to the Website, products, custom jewelry services, and all related services offered by Quillweavestone.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to use the Website for any illegal, unauthorized, or improper purpose.

By placing an order through the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance.

You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and authorize us to charge all fees incurred. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping, return, and exchange policies are described separately on our Website and form part of these Terms.

All custom jewelry orders are specially made according to your selected specifications and designs. Once production has started, such orders cannot be easily cancelled or modified.

You may cancel a custom order within 48 hours of order confirmation and payment. After this 48-hour period, cancellation is no longer allowed.

Any changes or modifications to design details requested by you after order confirmation may result in additional fees, which you agree to pay before work proceeds.

Intellectual property rights in the final custom design remain with you. However, Quillweavestone retains a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use images of the finished custom piece for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes on our website and social media, unless you request strict confidentiality in writing prior to order confirmation.

Quillweavestone is only responsible for manufacturing and quality defects of jewelry products. We are not liable for damage, discoloration, scratches, or wear caused by improper wear, improper care, exposure to chemicals, water, perfume, cosmetics, or physical impact.

Minor variations in color, size, and carat weight may naturally occur due to the nature of gemstones, crystals, and handmade production. A tolerance of up to ±0.5cm in dimensions is considered reasonable and shall not constitute a breach of contract or a defect.

We are not responsible for natural characteristics of gemstones, including inclusions, color variations, and transparency differences, as these are part of the nature of genuine stones.

The Service and all original content, features, trademarks, logos, product designs, and functionality of the Website are and will remain the exclusive property of Quillweavestone and its licensors.

You are not granted any right or license to reproduce, copy, or use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

In no event shall Quillweavestone, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of P.R.China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
