All jewelry & custom gemstone pieces are packed and shipped directly from our factory warehouse in Foshan, China. No third-party transit warehouse. Full tracking available for all commercial courier shipments.

The express shipping service for custom-designed jewelry offers DDP duty-paid delivery with automatic full shipping insurance; signature confirmation is required upon receipt of all parcels.
