30-Day Return Window

To ensure your complete satisfaction with QuillWeavestone products, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all bracelets and necklaces purchased from us. You may return your order within 30 calendar days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached, and show no signs of wear or use. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Custom orders are non-refundable by law.To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer complimentary resizing within 30 days.

Return Shipping Costs

For all countries, customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number as proof of return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will reflect any promotional discounts applied to the original order and may take 2-7 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We offer store credit for exchanges. Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue you a personalized credit code. Please note that all exchanges are final.

If exchanging a gift, please provide as much of the following as possible: gift sender’s name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number

If you’re reaching out due to a quality issues or damage, please mention this in your email so we can resolve it accordingly.
